I use an integrative approach that enables me to draw on a range of skills and theories e.g Person Centered, CBT, Transactional Analysis etc. As no individual is the same I have found using this approach most effective for meeting your needs as an individual which is why I also offer short, medium and long term therapy.

Qualifications and Experience

As well as my private practice I am also currently working at Bicton College (since September 2016) with their post 16 residential students.  

 

Previously I have worked at the Margaret Jackson Centre in Exeter, the Quiet Mind Centre in Exmouth and OnTrackRetreats at Woodbury Park Hotel. I also worked for Action East Devon as the Mental Health Support Worker for Headlight Ottery St Mary.
