Hello and Welcome!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I hope you find all the information you need but please do feel free to contact me for more.

Whether you have had counselling before or not, it can feel daunting to reach out for help. However if you want your life to change, you do not have to do it on your own. As a fully qualified counsellor, I am able to offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental setting for you to explore the issues that you choose to bring.

I work with young people (16+) and adults.

In my experience, a client will come for therapy for a variety of different reasons. Sometimes it is in response to a specific event like a loss or bereavement. Other times the underlying cause may be more hidden but their behaviour has changed e.g they have become more angry or withdrawn, depressed, anxious or stressed, at home, work or school. Or sometimes nothing feels clear, they just know that something has to change. Whatever the trigger may be for you to seek help and support, the important thing is to act on it. It may be that counselling is not for you and we look at different options available.
